Well, here we go folks! Bush's New War Czar May bring back the draft. Only thing, this time it will be much different. Girls will most likely be drafted as well to serve in Bush's newly formed military. I'm not sure about age but during WW2 they took folks as old as 50 in many cases. Well, party on everyone and enjoy life to it's fullest because nobody knows what next year will bring...

I'm not completely sure but I think a draft doesn't see celebrity status, or importance. In other words, folks in high places could possibly be drafted as well. Couldn't you just see Britany Spears, or Paris Hilton running around in Iraq, or maybe even in Iran? They think they've got problems now! I doubt they'd be very happy running across a battlefield with death constantly tugging at their elbo.

Yup, this is quickly turning into a new and very different world.

A lot of folks in America think, "That's Total Bull, celebs can't possibly be drafted!!" But as we all know from our history, Elvis Presley was drafted, James Stewart served in WW2, Robert Mitchum and many others. And the way those republicans hate celebs in Hollywood, there could be several heading to serve in Bush's new battlefields in the future....

Is a draft possible? All we need to do here is look to the past....The answer is clear....

The only people who bring up the topic of bringing back the draft has been Democrats......NOT republicans.

IF the draft is ever reinstated, it`ll be the democrats who do it. The chances for the draft being brought back, are very UNlikely.

While you`re looking at the past, take a look at the law concerning the end of the draft.

I was just quoting Bush's new War Czar above. He works for George W Bush. He is considering a draft. Now the democrats on the other hand would never have been stupid enough to walk into that hellhole called Iraq. It takes common sense to be president. And from what I hear, Bush's brain just up and walked off the other day....I guess you could say, Bush lost his mind...LOL

Yeah, the Democrats would rather shake hands with the terrorists, smoke a piece pipe and sing "We Are The World." ...........

Well, I don't know! I haven't heard that suggestion unless it was coming from Carl Rove...Now Bush on the other hand flew Bin Laden's family out of the country just after the 9-11 attacks....Now There's something to chew on...

Bush must have brain damage....lol....like that's a surprise. They showed him today talking about the Vietnam War...trying to use that as an example as to why we shouldnt get out of Iraq. I think they said some 56,000 US troops died in Vietnam...forgive me if I did not hear that right. I guess Bush wants us to lose another 53,000 troops in Iraq before we leave....yes I am being sarcastic. I don't come in here much lately, cause I am so exhausted about b*tching about this ignorant excuse for a Pres. But now it is to the point of putting him into an insane asylum! What an "Idiot"! Please Dog, don't try and explain this "S.O.B "anymore! Ha I got a couple Lisa song references in there!!! Cool

Hi betsyb3

I agree! What are we all going to do? I'm really concerned. I had hoped Congress would take swift action to stop this run away train before it goes over the edge. I'm afraid it may be too late....The White House is now saying Congress and the Senate are much like a seperate government, seperated from the White House. Bush and Cheney are thumbing their nose at Congress. They feel they don't have to answer to anyone....This means we're now walking on very dangerous ground. Bush is now hiring private companies for spying purposes. This is the loophole around congress he was looking for. Now nobody can be held accountable...
