i've been wondering about something forever so thought i'd throw it out to my fellow lmp peeps to see what you all think,

ok i know i'm not the brightest tool in the shed lol but to me and my fellow wally world workers it seems like something should be done ,
not sure if it's all walmart's but our always ask us overnight associates to stay late or work overtime claiming that we can keep it, well before the week ends we're asked to cut off all the hours we busted out arses for. oh and sometimes they'll call me in on my night off and after sayin i can keep the hours bang have to cut it again,
sorry for my long venting LOL had a very blah wally world week!

Snoop my hisband has worked for Wal - Mart for a long time and he & I feel the same as you! It is complete and total BS! I & my husband both feel that there should be a law against it!

I don't think there is a law against this practice, unfortunately

Businesses do it all the time.. not just wally world. They want you to work your arses off but keep it under 40 hrs by the end of the wk so no OT pay.

Some call it a "flex schedule" to make it sound more appealing & make it sound positive. There are some peep who do like getting to leave early @ the end of their work week, so that's why it will cont to happen, they can get peep to do the job who will like the "flex schedule".

Wally World in my opinion isn't the same since old man Walton died. I think the family is very greedy. It was a lot better when Sam Walton had it. That ****s for you and isn't fair.

No matter what you do for wally they will find a way to scr.ew you out of being rewarded for it.Warm,heartfelt "thank yous" and a slap on the back, doesnt cure slipped disks or put food on the table. They're evil.
