the first is GREAT ! very neat to read ...it is more of a text book on famous artistic people w/ manic depression ..the second is VERY informative on the disease...and the doctor who wrote these books is manic depressed herself and teaches now at John Hopkins University. ....

"TOUCHED WITH FIRE-manic depressive illness and the artistic temperament" ..people in this book from Hemmingway ...E.D*ckinson...VanGough...Ludvig.edgar allen poe...PLATO ..ALOT of people described in this book from self written letters found....alot of artists are in it its a trip 300 pg book...the second:
