*** i read this ...and i dont have ADD ..but had similar symptoms ...so ...again i say that you sometimes have to take responsibility to learn what your body and mind is telling you ...
anyway...
i just wanted to post this info. on this book for adults or adolescents to read if they feel they have ADD...

Hey thanks for this post kiddo! My son has severe ADHD and right now I am trying to fight a long distance battle to get him off all the bloody meds they have him on. I recently found out they have my son on sedatives! GRRR! Things are going to change when I get back stateside..no child should be on such strong medications just so adults can "Manage them".

yeah..i had a doctor once ...who still wants to re-diagnose me (from 20 years lol) ...but anyway he is very smart and gave me the book to see if I thought i was ADD ...but i dont think i am ...so anyway thats how it came about ...you know your body/mind better than anyone ...you just have to be honest about yourself...and its hard ! God didnt say life was easy LOL...

but good book if you are wondering or want to read up on the condition ..just trying to help some peeps is all ..even though im not ADD ...(i just dont pay attention sometimes LOL) but ...even though im not the book was very informative.
